A new Vaas deviation(yes, again =w= )

I tried to draw him in a chibi style, and it actually came out pretty well :3

Yap... I'm STILL obsessed with him...

Is just that I can't help it!

The date right there is from the day I finished the drawing on my sketchbook, and then I finished painting it on 12/1/14
